What services do you offer?

We offer scheduled house cleanings, deep cleaning rotations, extra services, and exterior cleaning. Please contact us with enquires to find out more!

What are your prices?

Our pricing is tailored according to each job. We will discuss your specific needs and arrange a visit with you to your home. Please provide us with as much information as possible in your enquiries!

Are you insured and DBS checked?

We are fully insured and DBS checked for your peace of mind.

What is a deep cleaning rotation?

This is a brilliant service we offer scheduling your home deep cleanings and extra jobs every quarter or half-year to keep on top of everything in your home! This is perfect to add in when you are on holiday or needing some extra attention in certain areas of your home.

Do you do one-off cleanings and move in/out cleans?

We occasionally take on one-off cleanings so please feel free to contact us with more details about the services you require.

Do you work public holidays or charge any extra?

We do work public holidays excluding Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter bank holiday. We charge a small fee for cleanings on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Please let us know in advance if you wish to reschedule on public holidays.

What is your availability / working hours?

Availability is based on house size, frequency and area. Please get in touch with new enquiries. We work Monday to Friday and open to enquires for early morning, weekends and evening slots.

Do you work alone or will a team of people be coming to clean my home?

I typically work alone or as a duo with Karen. This depends upon the scope of work. I will bring in help for bigger jobs, sick/holiday cover, and our exterior cleaning services. Karen also takes on jobs solo.

Have you undertaken any training and experience in house cleaning?

I am trained and certified in chemical safety. I have 7 years experience in cleaning across the industry including houses, care homes, supermarkets, schools, bars, and offices. I also have experience in end of tenancy and after builders cleanings.

Do you have references?

Yes, references are available upon request including previous employers and current cleaning clients. Please feel free to read the reviews on my homepage and Facebook page!

Can you clean around my pets?

We are happy to clean around pets although they are not our responsibility. We cannot work around vicious pets or pets with flees so please let us know if this is the case.

What happens if you get sick?

I will provide sick cover for your scheduled cleaning or reschedule at the next earliest convenience.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel the scheduled cleaning please get in touch as soon as you can to reschedule, and we will do the same. We charge 50% of your scheduled cleaning if you give less than 24-hour notice of cancellation. We cannot hold slots open for continuous cancellations. We require a retainer for missed cleanings for holidays to hold the slot open.

Do you charge a locked out fee?

You are welcome to supply us with a house key or code for alarms/key safes which will be securely locked away. If you prefer to leave your house key in a safe place, such as under plant pots, we are not responsible for potential missing keys when we arrive. We charge 50% of the scheduled cleaning in the case of us being locked out if you have forgotten to leave us with access.

What measures are you taking post COVID19?

We encourage you to work in a separate room or go out while we clean to help stop the spread of COVID19 and other viruses. We will sanitize all high touch areas including handrails, door handles and knobs, light switches, and appliance handles. Please get in touch to reschedule if you have been exposed to COVID19.

Do I have to be home or go out when you clean?

How do I pay you?

To ensure payments are fulfilled on time we require cash on the day or a standing order set up for the day of our scheduled visits.

Will I have a set day and time for each visit?

We require our own space when we are cleaning so if you can be in a separate room or go out for a few hours this would work best. Many of our customers work from home in a home office or swap rooms as we clean which works well!

During our consultation we will arrange a set day and time for your cleanings. Dependent on our availability we will try and suit your preferred slot but please be flexible too.
